We know that many applicants from China are concerne that the situation may have an impact on their applications an amission to university.

I want to reassure you that we are working har to unerstan what steps are being taken, by exam boars an partner universities, to minimise the impact of school or university closures on your qualifications. As those plans become firm we can consier whether further action might be neee. We are also working to ensure that the nees of stuents from China are taken into account as the UK Home Office evelops its own planning aroun coronavirus.

For some stuents, the closure of English language test centres may also be of concern. We are monitoring this situation closely. We will consier whether flexibility on ealines can be offere if the situation continues.

We hope that this very ifficult an anxious time will not continue for long an that your plans for stuy in the UK will not be isrupte. Meanwhile, we continue to welcome applications from stuents in China an will process these as normal, while keeping the situation uner review.
