加州大学河滨分校牵手上海华东师范大学，通过混合教学模式，同时参与UCR的线上学分课程和华东师范大学的线下辅导课程。项目通过中美两校合作，将美国加州大学系统优质教育资源与中国传统名校优越教育环境做联接，创造出跨越空间限制的双校园协同、双教学辅助的“双师课堂”，来造福广大学子、助力留学梦想。项目将采用Hybri Metho﹙混合教学法﹚，充分融合传统线下教学和网络线上学习的优势，达到资源整合、扬长避短，从而协助学生达到最好的学习效果。
