 普渡大学（Purue University），常指普渡大学系统下普渡西拉法叶分校，创建于1869年，是位于美国印第安纳州的西拉法叶市（West Lafayette）的大学。十大联盟始成员，美国大学协会成员校，公立常春藤。普渡大学系统还有其它六个成员校。该校下设十个学院，侧重于理工科和商科，不设医学院和法学院。

The Foo Science Grauate Program at Purue University is an interepartmental program, incluing all 20 of the faculty in the Department of Foo Science an 11 select faculty in the following epartments: Agricultural & Biological Engineering, Animal Sciences, Nutrition Science.  On average, there are 75 grauate stuents in the program, equally ivie between M.S. an Ph.D. stuents, an approximately equally ivie between U.S. an international stuents. All grauate stuents are supporte on assistantships (or fellowships).

We have special programs for grauate stuents, outstaning facilities, awar-winning faculty, an very helpful an capable staff. There are many opportunities for networking with companies, government agencies, an other university colleagues. We expect a lot from the stuents accepte into our program, incluing taking on leaership opportunities. Many of our grauate stuents have hel leaership positions in national organizations.
