该学生是9月初转案的，当初定了一所南加大。但是后期顾问告知这所院校不操作。后续学生这里出了一些问题。二次转案是在11月末操作的，当时定了13所院校，大多截止日期是12月15。因此留给文案的操作时间很有限。
